Yes! After your order has been fulfilled & shipped, regular tracking updates will be sent to the email address that was used to place the order.

To initiate a return, your return request must be initiated within 30 days after receiving your product(s).

Before anything is returned, you MUST obtain an RMA number and the correct return address from us (we will provide both of these). Any returned shipments that do not contain a valid RMA number will not be accepted. Additionally, items must also be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

NOTE: Some products/brands do not qualify for Returns.

After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately, which will contain your Order #. After your order is placed, your order will typically ship within 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays).

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with Tracking information.
